Bell Restoration!
Posted by admin under Main
I am happy to report that we have been able to repair all the damage to the Bell and it is once again ringing. Below are some pictures of the repair process. I want to thank everyone who has sent us donations, cards, website posts and letters. It has meant the world to David and our family.
I would like say a special thank you to the Patriot Guard and the American Legion; we would not have been able to get the Bell in shape so quickly without the support of your outstanding members.

It still amazes me how fast you can recover David! God definately watches over you and your guardian angel must put in alot of overtime. I’m glad to see you and the Bell are doing much better. I hope you continue to support the troops like you do. I know it means alot to them and their families, especially mine.

David,
When I left Bedford to rendezvous with you, Ken and Steven Z in Arlington for the first “mission” for the Bell following the restoration, I expected to see a very slow-moving person, considering what you’d just been through.
I was shocked!
It was just about impossible for me to tell you’d even been injured! Your enthusiasm, your wit, your personality were unchanged - and your patriotism? Well, I think it’s clear to EVERYONE who knows you or learns about you here that your patriotism will NEVER be dimmed!
I’m always proud to be able to stand with you at the bell, or nearby during a PGR Mission. But I was especially honored to be allowed to tag along to Waco with the born-again Bell! I know Mr. Johnson, our host in Robinson, as well as all those troops and their families appreciated the effort it took for you and ALL those who helped you to get the Bell out there on the road again.
We NEED more Americans like you, David Hall. Thank you! And I thank God for watching over you!
