The Nation’s only traveling working Liberty Bell carries on in the tradition of the original sacred icon of 1753. As long as there is Liberty there will need to be a bell to proclaim it.

The Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R.) commissioned seventy exact replica Liberty Bells to be made to supply the need for bells for the bicentennial of the Declaration of Independence. This Bell was purchased by the Fort Worth Vietnam veterans for a war memorial for those who gave their last full measure of devotion for liberty in Vietnam. The Tarrant county fathers failed to uphold their promise to place the bell in downtown Fort Worth until the veterans agreed to render the bell mute suggesting it be filled with concrete. The veterans refused to be party to silencing the Liberty Bell. They decided to allow the bell to be used where the freedom for which they fought would be honored. The Associated Conservatives of Texas purchased the Bell in 2002 after displaying the bell for ten years. The Liberty Bell is of the same size and weight so the sound produced will be the same as that heard by our founding fathers.Benjamin Franklin wrote in 1775,
“Adieu. The Bell rings and I must go among Grave Ones, and talk politiks (as spelled in 1775).”
The same sound that called every meeting to order at the Pennsylvania State House, and inspired the men who wrote the Articles of Confederation, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United States can be heard today by ringing this bell.

May God bless you. I rang the bell yesterday at Grapevine HS in Texas. I did this in honour my best friend in life. Australian Sergeant Chulib Badgenberry. Chulib was killed in Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
David and Phyllis Hall:
Our oldest son flies a C-130 aircraft such as that depicted in the background of your website image.
FYI, we (Jason Stern and I) now dedicate commemorative Bibles to courts following the tradition in the Supreme Court of the United States that dates back to 1906 when Justice John Marshall Harlan dedicated his Bible to the SCOTUS.
Know that we at Retired Judges of America and American Judicial Alliance (ajatoday.com) will continue in prayer for David and Phyllis Hall, your family and ministries.
As a relative newcomer to the Patriot Guard, I never had the privilege of meeting David Hall, the Belladier. So today, when news of his passing reached me by email, I came to this website, to learn more about this man.
His passing is a sad loss for all of us in America.
But his work is not done, because this website touched me deeply. Never have I read such a strong and ongoing testimony to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Rest now, David – and watch from Heaven as your written words continue to bless others.
My sincerest condolences to David’s family and friends.
I had the distinct pleasure to meet David Hall several years ago! His care and devotion never wavered and his resolve could not be broken. A true Patriot that not only cared, but backed his words with action!
His passing is a tremendous loss for our country! His work and memory will remain with us and will continue to challenge us for years to come!
God Bless David and his family!
David has now embraced the ultimate freedom. I thank him and Phyllis for their devotion and sacrifices. David let me ring the bell on several occasions. The one most memorable to me was a month or so ago in Madill, Oklahoma. Despite David’s condition, and temperatures over 105 degrees, he was there, standing tall and ringing the bell in honor of the fallen soldier. I asked if I could relieve him but he said no. Finally Phyllis convinced him to rest and let me spell him for just a moment or two. I rang the bell for the last five minutes but I assure you David never took his eyes off of me and was ready to step in at any second. Thank you David. You will never know how you touched me and what this meant to me. God bless you and keep you safe and warm. We too will see you again.
I met David Hall on a PGR mission at HNC about two years ago, and was immediately impressed by his devotion to his calling and his love for those that called him.
God bless you, David, and keep you and your family in his arms.
I can honestly say I have not met a person that I liked as much as I like David Hall. All I can say is God has a great Man in Heaven……
A tireless Patriot and fellow Christian soldier has gone to his eternal reward. His work was so essential and contributed so to Liberty’s cause – we rest in the wise plan of our Sovereign Lord. David’s work will be continued. The effect of his life will continue to ripple, like the mellow waves from the Liberty Bell replica that washed over man a countryman’s heart, bringing courage, solace, and strength.
It will be a lifelong memory of my children – each of whom were asked by David to ring the bell at the Wounded Warrior gathering in Benbrook.
Thank you David, and family, and supporters of Proclaim Liberty – from Texas Patriots Tea Party, and Longhorn Detachment of the Marine Corps League.
It was an HONOR to toll the bell for David today. America has lost a true god fearing, bell ringing, loving man. Thank you Hall family for allowing the PGR to return service to a man who devoted his life to service.
May God bless and comfort you!
